    酒店市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)實(shí)施是一個(gè)艱巨而復(fù)雜的過(guò)程。國(guó)外的一項(xiàng)研究表明,90%被調(diào)查的計(jì)劃人員認(rèn)為,他們制定的戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)術(shù)之所以沒(méi)有成功,是因?yàn)闆](méi)有得到有效的實(shí)施。管理人員常常難以判斷營(yíng)銷(xiāo)工作具體實(shí)施中的問(wèn)題,營(yíng)銷(xiāo)失敗的原因可能是由于戰(zhàn)略戰(zhàn)術(shù)本身有問(wèn)題,也可能是由于正確的戰(zhàn)略戰(zhàn)術(shù)沒(méi)得到有效的實(shí)施。
